Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 06 DEC 2022 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to 
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were 
approved.


Call for opens:
 - None


AR review:
 - Bob forwarded the email from Michael to Atul to see if the description is
   sufficient to reproduce the DLL platform problem.

 - Weston Beal work on inserting power aware rules into the Quality 
   Specification.

 - Randy will schedule a meeting with Steve Parker to discuss the best way
   to update the web pages.

New ARs:
 - Bob will follow up with Atul regarding the DLL platform problem.
 - Randy will meet with Graham Kus regarding updating the ibischk users guide.


Discussion:

a.	IBISCHK711 Executable Upload Progress – updated ibischk7 folder (need some 
    items)
    Bob is waiting for some executables from Graham. This depends on when 
	Graham can create them.
b.	Add Version Implemented to BUG List – (Done, 70 BUG reports edited)
    Bob commented that he edited about 70 bug reports during this process. The 
	submitted dates where not in a consistent format. The inconsistent formats 
	of the bug reports caused the script to not correctly parse some of them. 
	He made the data format consistent by putting all these parsed lines on 
	one line in the text file.
c.	BUG227 – Root Name check (action deferred until work starts on IBIS  
    Version 7.2)
    Bob said that this bug is accepted by the committee, so will be corrected 
	in the next version of ibischk.
d.	Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI (ask Atul for advice)
    Bob is waiting for a response from Atul about this question.
e.	New IBISCHK720 Parser Development Specification and Contract
    Randy noted that the specification development is progressing well, so 
	it's a good time to start the ibischk development contract process.
f.	Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion (continuation) 
    and DesignCon Summit presentation
    The group discussed the usage and guidance of using Touchstone files for 
	package models. More guidance comments were added to the working document 
	for quality specification level 4 additions.
